Sixth Grade Sports

The first step for all students to play sports at the middle school level is to have a sports physical and an ASB membership. 

Print this PHYSICAL FORM for your family doctor. 

No student may practice or compete without a current physical.  There are no exceptions. Physicals last two years and you will upload the physical when you register online for your sport. Physicals for incoming sixth graders must be dated June 1, 2024, or later.

Membership to CKMS ASB will be available to incoming Sixth grade students at the beginning of the school year.

In sixth grade, students can participate in these sports:

Fall:  Cross Country  

Fall 2:  Wrestling 

Winter:  Girls Soccer

Spring:  Track and Field
