From page to stage: It’s The Hip Hop Handbook!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to rap, break dance, or scratch a DJ turntable? Now’s your chance! Hip Hop Handbook will demonstrate the various styles of hip-hop elements and give audience members the chance to show their moves. This show is educational and full of high-energy fun for the whole family. Don’t miss it!

Jairus Green and Justin Murta published The Hip Hop Handbook in 2002 and created a curriculum to teach the various hip-hop elements. Since 2006, they have performed in 500-plus shows in 40 states. Their mission is to teach and entertain, build confidence in youth, promote the positivity of the hip-hop culture and instill high esteem in kids expressing themselves through this art form.
